Terms of Service

1. What we do

We provide consultancy on studying, interning and working abroad: counselling, document preparation and review, application assembly and support through to filing.

2. What we do not do

We do not submit applications where the authority requires you to appear in person. We do not create, alter or “improve” any supporting document. We do not write your statement of purpose — we give you feedback and you write it, because you will be questioned on it in your own words.

3. No guarantee of outcome

We cannot and do not guarantee a visa, an admission or a placement.

The decision rests entirely with the relevant consulate, authority or institution. Anyone who promises you a visa is not telling you the truth. What we are accountable for is that your file is complete, correct and filed on time.

4. Fees

Our fees are quoted exclusive of GST, which is charged in addition at the prevailing rate and shown on every invoice. Government, consulate, institution, translation, attestation, medical and courier charges are not included and are paid by you directly to those parties. Your payment schedule is set out in your service agreement.

5. Your obligations

You agree to give us complete, truthful information and genuine documents. Submitting a falsified document ends the engagement immediately without refund, and may be reported where the law requires it. This protects you as much as us: a detected forgery can bar you from a country for years.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Not yet published. The refund and cancellation terms are being finalised and will appear here. Until then, the refund terms that apply to you are those written into the service agreement you sign. Ask us before paying anything if this matters to your decision — we would rather answer than have you assume.
